The next 1 July will be released the second album by David Lynch, that takes by title “The Big Dream”, and that includes a version of a Bob Dylan song.
The album will be composed by 11 songs composed by Lynch, more a version of the Bob Dylan classic “The Ballad of Hollis Brown” and a bonus track to Duet with Lykke Li, entitled I ’ m Waiting Here, that there is music video, that you can see at the end of the news.
Lynch describes the style of the disc as “modern Blues”. “Most of the songs start as a sort of blues jam and then went out by the tangent. The result is a modernized villain blues hybrid”, indicates Lynch.
The recording of the album occurred during several months in the Asymmetrical study, property of the own Lynch, by the engineer Dean Hurley, who also put instrumentation on the disk and exerts the same producer.
The album will be released the next 1 July in Europe at the hands of the Sunday Best label ([PIAS] in Spain).
