New chapter of the controversy that arose after acquiring David Lynch the Teufelsberg Hill (Devil's mountain) in Berlin to build a University of the esoteric sect at its peak “Transzendentale Meditation” (TZM).

Few days David Lynch gave a Conference in Berlin on meditation, where together with the leader of the TZM, Raja Emanuel Schiffgens, announced the purchase of the aforementioned Hill, and he ceded the microphone to saying a few words. Schiffgens said (in German, so Lynch did not understand it) before the Auditorium:

We want an invincible Germany! Invincible Germany
At these words, the audience exclaimed:
What do you mean? Hitler wanted an invincible Germany as well!“, to which the Raja replied:
Yes, but unfortunately I didn't ’ t succeed!“.
After this reply, the Auditorium, stunned at these words, began to decry the Raja, and David Lynch had to arise to appease spirits (see Video 1)

Lynch, hours later, already aware of the statements of Schiffgens distanced himself from his words from the David Lynch Foundation website:

David Lynch here. I don’t want to have anything to do with Hitler. We all know he was not a good person who did terrible things.[…]These universities, established on a permanent basis, will put an end to thousands of years of war and oppression, and prevent a man like Hitler from ever arising again.“.
