Deadline He has interviewed the legendary agent Cooper, Kyle MacLachlan, about the return of Twin Peaks (among other topics).
Kyle says that he will be shot “between September and October” This year. When asked which print out of the new season after having read the script, Kyle said:
“I have only read a little the script but I do not share anything with you. I'd love to, Believe me. But I can tell you without a doubt, It will be incredible.”
Kyle always had a certain illusion to play agent Cooper some day, but when David said that Twin Peaks once again was totally surprised. She is very excited for two reasons:
“the first is the nature of Dale Cooper, It is full of fun, and the world of Twin Peaks. The second, the opportunity to work with David Lynch because we have not worked together as actor/director during 25 years more or less. So it's been a while. I missed much that relationship”.
But Dale and David are friends and occasionally to drink coffee and talk about the old days, they go so well together. Now they will have the opportunity to return together to the world of Twin Peaks.
