Two of the most disturbing scenes and have left us with more questions have been the scene of the episode glass box 1 and the dwelling room episode 3. In Welcome to Twin Peaks both scenes have played synchronously and have found that are entirely related.

6:58 - The sound of blows to the purple room begins when Sam and Tracey begin to curl.
7:50 - Both Naido ask Sam Cooper and Tracey who are still.
8:33 - movements creature and Cooper are quite similar
8:38 - The creature through the glass and Cooper receives electric shocks box 15.
8:45 - Cooper Naido gestures as death (the gesture of cutting the neck) As the creature attacks Sam and Tracey, and we heard the same sharp sound in both scenes.
