The author of the book David Lynch. The man from another place, talks about Twin Peaks and the rest of his filmography.

Dennis Lim, besides being the programming director of the Film Society of Lincoln Center, He is also the author of one of the great books on Lynch: The man from another place. In elcultural.com you have had an interview talking about the American director.

Talking about what you think about the return of Twin Peaks, Lim raves:

“I find it quite extraordinary, much more than I could have expected. It is the most radical Lynch, completely free and liberated. It is impressive to see.”

And you are talking about David Lynch and his biography, highlights:

“[David] always describes childhood as idyllic, innocent and happy, but beneath the surface he sensed that something was not going well. And that is largely the kind of atmosphere that creates in his films.”
