Interview with David Lynch on cinema and art published by Silver Bowl.

I found the interview in Eternal Cadence and it seems to be extracted from the book David Lynch por David Lynch de Chris Rodley. I leave you with a couple of excerpts from the interview:

My grandfather owned an apartment building in Brooklyn where there were kitchens. Once I saw a man cook an egg on a griddle and I worried a lot. And every night he pulled his car antenna to gangs not partieran. He could feel the fear in the air. It was a great fuel for future fires.

I have dreams that wake up are important: those who arrive when I'm sitting in a chair, silent, and, little by little, I let the imagination wander. When we sleep, We can not control what we dream. I like to immerse myself in a dream world I've created or discovered; a world that I chose.
