These days a photographic exhibition of the couturier Karl Lagerfeld is held in Paris, who also makes his first steps in photography.
In one of those works Karl portrayed David Lynch with a photo in which the American director is seen with a white lock on his forehead, as he bends over to light a cigarette.
Lynch in the presentation of this sample has declared about that photo:
“This is the best picture they've ever taken of me.”, Lynch told The Associated Press at the opening. “I do not know why, but i really like it. Maybe because I look so handsome”.
After this last sentence, he did not hesitate to wink at the interviewer 😉
