Definitely there will be no 3rd season of the mythical series Twin Peaks. The own David Lynch has confirmed it during a session of questions and answers that was held by videoconference at the Filmoteca de Tel Aviv, and that Lynch took part from home.
The American director participating via skype, responding to questions from the audience when someone asked by rumors about the return of Twin Peaks, to which he replied:
The single rumors are that, rumors. There have always been rumours about many things and there is no truth in them. I don't know where they come from, but I think that they are based on some misunderstanding.
Step Lynch took the opportunity to confirm that the series will be coming soon on Blu-Ray, with never seen before exclusive content recorded for the occasion, How has he already rumored.
After so much time mulling, is a true jug of cold water for those who wished that this was the year of the return of Twin Peaks.
